Cleverness of Capital Development Authority CDA Regarding the balloting of C-14 Sector, applications were asked from overseas and local Pakistanis for drawing lots of plots in C-14, in which local Pakistanis and overseas Pakistanis submitted around 17 hundred applications.
When the Balloting was held, only overseas Pakistanis were allotted total plots. As a first priority.
If overseas will not accept, then local Pakistanis will be allotted.
I regret this decision of CDA. Into which account will the remaining 14,000 Pakistanis go?
If it was to be given to overseas, then why were the applications asked from local Pakistanis?
Or they just found a way to steal the money. If CDA were to award only overseas, then it would have invited applications only from overseas Pakistanis.
If no positive response was received from here, then applications would be sought from local Pakistanis.
In this way local Pakistanis’ money would have been saved.
