FGEHA Announces a New Sector in Karachi: From Scale 1 to Scale 22 for Federal Employees It is in Karachi that the plan will be developed. Plots will be assigned to employees based on their quota of seniority FGEHA Policies: An affordable housing initiative in Karachi will be initiated by the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) in partnership with the private sector. A 530-acre plot of land next to the M-9 Motorway will host the housing development.
